Job Function :
*
Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative work in an effective and efficient way.
*
Personal Assistant to the President Director.
Qualification:
*
Female/Indonesian : Max. 45 years old.
*
University degree from prominent accredited university. Overseas graduate is preferable
*
Having 5-year experience in the same position.
*
Proficient in computer skill including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs under both open office and microsoft.
*
Book keeping skill
*
Analytical & problem solving skill
*
Good interpersonal skill
*
Proficient in the English language, both oral/spoken and written. A third language (Japanese or French) will be an advantage.
*
Broad knowledge of office administration
*
Willing to be located in Batam
