      Minimum Bachelor / S1 Degree in Psychology/Law/HR Management

      Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Labour Laws and Regulation, industrial relation, personal matters, compensation and benefit, training development and performance management
    *
      Having minimum 10 years experience in manifacture company, with at least 5 years in Manager level with good leadership
    *
      Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English
    *
      Able to work under pressure, motivate and brings the best out of people
    *
      Computer literate
