J ob Desc:

*

Having skill in recruitment process (Candidates selection,
scheduling, interview, post interview process)
*

Employee Permanency control (document, assessment & report).
*

Involved in all range of recruitment from Senior level to mass recruitment
*

Act as company liaison representative with external parties
(universities, LSM, government) in regard with recruitment matters
*

Doing job fair or campus hiring for applicant database

Q ualification:

*
Female, age 20 – 27 years old
*
Holding Bachelor Degree (S1) Psychology / PR / Management / Humas
*
Familiar with MS Office application (Ms Word, Ms Excell, Ms
Power Point, etc.).
*
Having sufficient understanding on Human Resources.
*
Minimum of 1 years experience in recruitment in telesales roles
or other sales teams, ideally within the financial services industry.
*
Being 'sales orientated', self motivated and keen to succeed.
*
Good looking, Communicative and having good Interpersonal skill.
*
Able to work independently but also able to work in a team.
*
Willing to learn and work hard.
