Job Description :
* Responsible for driving online distribution solutions that will
improve the online revenues and booking numbers
* Ensure content of the following online channels remain accurate
and brand compliant
* Identify & evaluate new third party web site opportunities to
increase internet production and drive online market share
* Evaluate the online presence and rate position of immediate competitors
* Increase understanding of online booking patterns by analyzing
factors such as demographics, search words used, as well as tracking
productions through online channels
* Identify and target market segments booked through traditional
channels that may successfully be driven online
* Coordinate pricing and distribution activity with the sales &
revenue management team
* Manage relationships with third party website market manager's
to optimize placement, productions, promotions and pricing
* Evaluations of the distribution channel performance (costs,
commissions, number of reservations, revenue) and potential reasons
for this performance
* Evaluate the performance of our branded website and give
suggestions for how to promote and improve the presence of the hotel
on the web, with the intention of increasing number of bookings
* Train and inform hotel teams of online opportunities /
strategies and contribute towards developing an innovative 'internet
culture' within the hotel
Qualifications :
* Male and Female, max 35 year
* Education within Hotel/Travel Industry
* 2 Year experience in the same position
* Honest, communicative, good attitude, good interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, high
analytical skills & fast learner.
* Computer literacy in using MS Office, and familiar with
internet/email, and filing system.
* Strong Communication and presentational skills
* Experience in off-line marketing
