PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CEO Post Date: 06 May 09
Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will be responsible for
handle CEO's secretarial duties (including but not limited to
correspondence translation, arranging meetings / appointments / travel
arrangements, corporate legal follow-up, preparing presentations and
reporting ) and to support the management team in a number of specific
tasks.
Minimum requirements:
· Female, S1 Degree from reputable University.
· Having a proven experience within Multinational Company will
be an advantage.
· Excellent communication skill in English both oral & written
is a must. Computer literate.
· A result oriented and proactive individual with good
interpersonal skills.
