PERSONNEL SUPERVISOR
PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting to HR & GA Manager, the candidate will be expected to assume
a leadership role within the human resources function in Personnel
Administration & Payroll supporting the factory production. The person
must have practical experience in handling personnel & payroll
administration. The additional ability to handle, review, lead and
motivate the team as a whole is critical to the success of this
position.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Personnel Administration:
* Ensure organized personnel administration in fast & accurate manner
* Ensure Files are proper organized and maintained
* Ensure personnel paper work are done in fast & accurate manner
Payroll:
* Ensure payroll proces is prepared accurately and in timely manner
* Ensure payroll report and analysis done periodically
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES
Personnel Administration
* Manage all employee personnel administration
* Prepare working agreement
* Supervise employee attendant record
* Manage Human Resource Information System
* Handle employee relation and industrial relation
* Ensure detail and comprehensive probation and contract renewal evaluation
Payroll
* Prepare payroll process
* Manage employee compensation & benefit claims
* Handle JAMSOSTEK
* Handle Health & Welfare program
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
* Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or
Human Resources Management from reputable university
* 3-5 years HR in the business experience, which ideally from
garment industry
* HR Specialist experience working within garment factory
* Strong people and communications skills; possess the ability to
report and communicate at all levels within the organization
* Essential would be a background in personnel administration and
payroll, with a proven track record
* A high level of initiative is essential, along with the ability
to manage a team and coordinate internal departemental
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
