Requirement :
Job function:
*
Developing and executing plans and strategies in order to
achieve sales target.
*
Review dealers network and continually improve their performance.
*
Controlling and managing operational budgets, and accordingly
upholding continuous improvements in terms of efficiency and
effectiveness.
*
Handling any concerns with customers and dealers.
*
Exercising regular market visit and evaluate market share, and
at the sometimes, analyzing competitor activities.
*
Preparing regular reports on the performance and market
condition under his/her responsibility, supported with sufficient
analytical data as well as required counter measures.
Qualification:
*
Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree from top university.
*
Excellent academic performance.
*
Minimum of 4 years of working experience in Sales and Marketing areas.
*
Demonstrated strong leadership in previous assignments.
*
Demonstrated ability to work in a group setting.- Good selling
and negotiation skills.
*
Excellent English communication skills.
