SENIOR MANAGER, INTERNAL AUDIT Post Date: 30 May 09

Responsibility

The job encompasses audits on internal administrative & operational
control, management process, policies compliance, productivity and
deception. Provide recommendation for improvement on internal control
system, assets productivity & safeguarding, financial & operational
efficiency, as well as organizational structure. Based in Surabaya.

Personal Profile:

*
The incumbent should have a minimum S-1 degree in accounting
from a reputable university.
*
At least 8 years experience in internal auditing focused on
managerial audits in the manufacturing industry with 4 years in
managerial position.
*
Have strong internal control and tax knowledge.
*
Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative.
*
Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication
and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure.
*
Highly result-oriented.
*
Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written.
*
Preferable Mandarin spoken.
