Responsibilities:
*
Generate new business through active involvement in the sales
process as well as expansion of the sales force.
*
Motivate agents to achieve stretching targets
*
Analyze profit & loss of agents under his/her supervision
*
Work with profit centers to provide products and solution to the customers
*
Work directly with agents to improve customer service
Qualifications:
*
At least bachelor degree from any discipline
*
2 – 3 years experience in sales, especially in insurance
*
Good communication in English
*
Good interpersonal skills
*
Computer literate
