Reinsurance Accounting Officer (Code: RA) Post Date: 10 Jul 09
Main responsibilities as required by the job:
*
Perform monthly reconciliation of Reinsurance transactions
between insurance system and SAP ledgers
*
Perform timely and accurate intercompany reconciliation of group
reinsurance transactions
*
Send out accurate and timely quarterly Treaty Statement of
Account to reinsurance parties
*
Assists preparation of year end audit for accrual of reinsurance
transactions such as profit commission and XOL adjustments
Qualifications & Requirements:
*
Understanding the concept of reinsurance
*
At least 2 years working experience in insurance company with
the same position
*
Good communication in English
*
Able to work as part of a team as well as under minimum supervision
*
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
*
Willingness to learn and take over new responsibilities
