Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Organization Development Manager, you will be responsible for conducting annual Training Need Analysis; designing and implementing aligned Annual Training Roadmap/Calendar; developing training modules; creating and implementing new initiatives to create learning environment; handling training administration; and supportingOrganization Development initiative.
Qualifications:
*
At least bachelor degree with 3 years experience in developing modules and delivering soft skills trainings would be advantageous.
*
Fluency to speak English
*
Good training skill
*
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
*
Desire to develop career in training
*
Ability to work under pressure
