Qualifications:

*
Master Degree, possessing minimum a certificate of psychologist
profession is a must
*
Having a license to give a service in psychology field.
*
Having good knowledge and experience in conducting, scoring, and
evaluating competency using as sessment center approach.
*
Having experience in arranging and organizing training,
workshop, and seminar.
*
Willing to do the administrative tasks.
*
Computer literate (MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, HR-related
system, HR SAP is an advantage).
*
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
*
Fresh graduate are welcome (having internship experience is an advantage).
*
Able to work independently as well as in team, self-motivated,
able to work under tight schedule, dynamic, mature personality.
