Male /Female, max 40 years old

Bachelor Degree from reputable University
*
Minimum 5 years experience in HRM with managerial experience
*
Having knowledge of Manpower regulations/Indonesian Labor Law
and its implementation
*
Have the ability to maintain and analyze strategic planning for
the human resources operation
*
Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures,
Personnel Matters & Employee Relation
*
Knowledgeable in compensation and benefit
*
Good personality, leadership, communication, conceptual thinking
and negotiation
*
Proficient in written and spoken English as well as computer literate
