ACCOUNTING PAYABLE ASSISTANT
(Based : Jakarta)
ACCOUNT PAYABLE ASSISTANT ( Based : Jakarta ) Post Date: 02 Jul 09
POSITION PURPOSE
· This position is required to:
· Coordinate the payment activities to vendors, contractors and
/ or employee (including payroll)
· Monitor & Analyze SGA Expenses
· Ensure Balance Sheet Reconciliation done accurately and timely
· Provide assistance to different departments in the finance &
treasury matters
· Follow-up received invoices to obtain approval to pay
· Ensure suppliers are paid in time
· Implement finance & treasury best practices
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
· Knowledge: Advance accounting knowledge and Accounts Payable cycle
· Skills: Communication, Leadership, Negotiation, Analysis and
Problem solving
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILLS
* Accounting degree from a University
* Min. 5 years relevant working experience
* Proven leadership skills and strong commitment towards career
* Highly ethical, honest and disciplined
* Computer literate
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Experience in plantation environment is highly recommended
* Experience with ERP software system is highly recommended
* Working hours 6 -15 (1 hour break)
* Coordination with Sites at Papua New Guinea to get approval of
Purchase Order
